For 2019, the Cathy Franklin Team was Corcoran’s Overall Top Performance Sales Team of the Year, their sales exceeded $510,000,000. They also won Corcoran’s 2019 Deal of the Year Award. For 2018, they were Corcoran’s East Side Sales Team of the Year with their sales exceeding $200,000,000. For 2017, the Cathy Franklin Team’s sales exceeded over $220,000,000 and they were the number three team in the corporation. Marion plays a vital role in supporting the efforts of this powerhouse real estate team, and in servicing the team’s extensive and discerning clientele. Integral to the team’s success are the skills Marion brings to every transaction, whether she is working with buyers, sellers, investors or rental clients. Since 2014 when she joined the team, Marion has applied her knowledge and expertise across the many facets of the real estate business – from strategic planning, and accounting to marketing, social media, advertising and financial planning. Her meticulous organizational abilities and penchant for customer service are invaluable assets that define Marion as the utmost Real Estate professional. Marion has a passion for historical architecture, which was cultivated from her earliest years at her family’s 18th century farmhouse in Virginia and at the Smith’s Washington, DC Georgian-style Wesley Heights home. She was a graduate of Proctor Academy in Andover, New Hampshire, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Hospitality and Tourism Management from the College of Charleston. Marion has spent substantial time and efforts on behalf of numerous global charities including trekking Mt. Kilimanjaro while raising funds for Hope for Children. As a resident of Manhattan’s vibrant Greenwich Village, Marion loves the city life and all it has to offer.
