Constantinos Katehis

Constantinos Katehis is a lifelong New Yorker with over a decade of real estate experience. After attending the Bronx High School of Science, he earned a Bachelor of Arts from C.U.N.Y. Lehman, where he concentrated on Communications and Journalism. Afterwards, he trained at Interep National Radio Sales, working for CBS and McGavren Guild. As an Advertising Executive, he negotiated on behalf of several radio stations across the country for ad campaigns by various large brands (AstraZeneca, Diageo, Pizza Hut, SunTrust Banks - just to name a few). These experiences seamlessly flowed into what became his ultimate passion - NYC real estate.

Constantinos possesses a genuine passion for New York real estate, and it fuels his drive to be a market expert. Providing the type of service one expects from a true professional, his ultimate goal is to be his clients' go-to resource for everything New York and real estate related. Having been raised in New York, Constantinos has intimate knowledge of most neighborhoods that interest his clients. In addition, Constantinos is fluent in Greek and proficient in Spanish. He is also an avid bicyclist, plays basketball and softball regularly, and his love of dogs is well known. He is constantly checking out the hottest new restaurants and lounges and is happy to offer suggestions to clients seeking dining and entertainment!
