Danny Dolgicer began his career in sales three days out of high school with no experience. He brought a fierce ambition, built his client base through networking and word-of-mouth marketing, and became a top nationwide salesperson in the cutlery business within a couple of years. His exemplary tenacity and performance enabled Danny to train other salespeople and deliver motivational addresses at regional conferences. Many of Danny's clients included real estate brokers who purchased engraved cutlery as closing gifts for their clients.

Danny carries his well-honed skills, most importantly the ability to provide personalized customer service and deliver exceptional results, along with him as part of the skill set that makes him a highly-effective advocate for renters, buyers and sellers. What Danny most loves about real estate is the close relationships he develops with his clients. "They appreciate my service, and I appreciate their patronage," he says. "Many clients become personal friends who I see in other settings. It's rewarding to me that I've impacted their lives and bonded with them in a very meaningful way."

A native son of New York City, Danny came of age on the Upper West Side, raised by a single mother from Israel who struggled to find housing for her family, and a father whose ferocious ambition to achieve the American Dream was far greater than would his modest stature and means suggest. Danny's own tenacity is rooted in his father's example. As his parents established themselves in New York City, Danny moved from apartment to apartment, so he quickly came to see the value of a permanent home. Searching for apartments became a part of him as it did a family tradition. "I loved looking at listings in The New York Times and attending open houses on Sundays with my mother, on the hunt for that killer deal."

Recently, Danny spent time living in Israel and working on a kibbutz on the Mediterranean coast. He was tasked with culinary work in the common kitchen, serving hundreds per day. While he felt it was an extremely formative experience, he realized his yearning for the bustle of New York City and the electricity of its marketplace. With his heart and community anchored here, he returned home to NYC and decided to work in real estate - what he was meant to do.

Danny speaks fluent Russian and English, and is conversant in Hebrew. He enjoys interacting with people of all kinds and easily forms a rapport with both local and international clients. Danny takes pride in his keen knowledge of global cultures and geography, and considers dealing with international buyers and sellers amongst his core abilities. Highly personable and accommodating, Danny is relentless in protecting his clients' best interests.

Danny holds a magna cum laude degree from Hunter College, where he majored in Political Science and Hebrew Language and Literature. He has also pursued extensive study of real estate law at Cardozo Law School. His foremost academic interest is in culinary anthropology. He is passionate about traveling the world and studying/sampling different cuisines around the world. Danny even wrote his dissertation about Israeli cuisine in college. Other than real estate, he also enjoys work as a freelance writer for various publications.
