Nancy E. Woods

Nancy Woods is a former ballet dancer who performed and toured with both the Hartford Ballet and Pennsylvania Ballet. From an early age, Nancy developed a strong sense of discipline, grace, and tenacity, which she directly applies to her career in real estate.

Representing buyers, sellers, renters, and landlords, Nancy covers all areas of Manhattan and nearly every part of Brooklyn. From co-op sales to new development, first-time home buyers to foreign investors, Nancy offers valuable market insight and a commitment to providing exceptional service at every level. She has brokered multiple transactions for repeat clients who consistently praise her responsiveness, communication skills, tireless research, marketing expertise, creativity, negotiation tactics, discretion, and approachable personality.

Outside of real estate, Nancy volunteers for the New York City Ballet, enjoys Broadway plays, art exhibits, traveling and dining at her favorite restaurants. She is the founder of the Pirouette Group, a networking ensemble of former dancers turned Sotheby’s agents from across the country. Nancy is a Ninja Installation graduate, a member of the Brooklyn Museum, and an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
