Alex Pagli

Alex currently leads and manages a team of seasoned sales and rental agents and prior to joining Citi Habitats he managed the New York City rental division of a top brokerage firm where he was recognized as the top producing rental team amongst 3,500+ agents. He currently specializes in working with first time home buyers and investors as well as new development marketing and leasing for developers of large rental properties. Recent achievements in new development projects have included setting neighborhood price-per square foot records on full building lease-ups in Kips Bay, Carnegie Hill, Sutton Place, and the East Village. Prior to working in real estate, he spent four years as an investment analyst at a research firm servicing some of the largest hedge funds, asset managers, and private equity firms on Wall Street. Alex’s background and experience has provided him with a deep understanding of the real estate market in New York City, particularly when it comes to investment properties and how to maximize the income that they are able to generate. This includes advising landlords on development and re-development design, marketing strategies, pricing, and lease execution. Originally from New York, Alex was raised in Connecticut and majored in Economics at Fordham University.
