Eduard has transitioned to a career in real estate through his own experiences as an investor and a landlord. Since 2001 Eduard has been buying distressed or undervalued properties, then upgrading, remodeling, and marketing them for sale at a profit. In the process Eduard learned a great deal about identifying opportunities of value, construction, design, marketing and property management. In his current role as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Exit Kingdom Eduard sees it as a gift to assist buyers and sellers realize their own dreams to find homes. He develops state-of-the-art marketing strategies and staging ideas that promote the seller's property to serious, active buyers. And Eduard is particularly skillful at assisting buyers and renters understand what is necessary to qualify for their new residences. He particularly enjoys the control that he has regarding facilitating his client’s needs at each stage of the process. Driven to successfully serve his customer’s goals Eduard believes that integrity and communication should be the standard for all of his interactions with them. His professionalism, persistence and expert negotiating skills have led to many successful transactions of properties in New York City. Eduard is well connected to potential investors worldwide. In addition to the network he has developed locally, he also has relationships with overseas investors from Asia, Europe and South America. He can confidently showcase the properties of his clients in foreign markets that many realtors cannot. Eduard is a graduate of York College where he has received Baccalaureate and degrees in Healthcare Sciences. Eduard focuses his real estate business in the areas of Queens, Brooklyn and Long Island.
