Alan Medvinsky

Alan believes that several key components set one real estate professional apart from many, and create effective and pleasant experience. They are: a genuine human care, a desire to seek and gain knowledge, the ability to simplify and effectively convey information, creative thinking, and competence in anticipating long-term benefits and potential obstacles. Originally from Eastern European country of Ukraine, Alan and his family moved to Boston in mid 1990s. After living in Massachusetts for many years, Alan relocated to New York City and has built an extensive knowledge of all of New York City's neighborhoods, including Brooklyn. Prior to Real Estate field, Alan spent 13 years in corporate technology sales, dealing with variety of startups and existing enterprises - learning a variety of skills that still prove useful today. “I’ve always had entrepreneurial skills—wearing multiple hats,” he says. “I managed different aspects from marketing, lead generation, customer service, and contract negotiations.” Outside of real estate, Alan's passions include sailing, golfing, and he is an award-winning photographer. Alan is also an avid traveler, who is continuously exploring different corners of this world. He has a global understanding and a rich knowledge of many different cultures. Alan's clients are from all over the world and his multicultural upbringing is a valuable asset in this profession.
