Maren Faiella’s passion for real estate as an asset class and love of working with people led her to her work as a real estate sales professional at Brown Harris Stevens. Maren has already established herself in the New York City real estate market having been involved in $100MM in sales of Coops, Condos, and Townhomes. She continues working closely with sophisticated buyers, sellers, and renters from across the nation and globe to navigate the complex NYC market.

Maren’s diverse background has been shaped by a combination of an Ivy League education, professional experience in finance and real estate, and being part of a family with a rich history of success across residential and commercial real estate.

Maren graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2009, having received her MBA with a major in Real Estate.

Her previous professional experiences on Wall Street at global banks working institutional clients provided invaluable skills. During her tenure she learned the relevance of economic trends, understanding valuation and pricing comparables in challenging markets, and the vital importance of putting the client first.
