Shawn has called New York home for over 20 years. He loves the city’s ability to inspire, enthrall, and surprise. Finding the perfect home here can be a challenge, but it’s worth the effort: There isn’t a more thrilling place to live.

An artist looking for an inspirational space, an expecting couple purchasing a larger home for their growing family, a retired couple investing in a pied-à-terre—whatever the client’s story, Shawn brings an attentive ear, a sharp eye, and ton of heart to each and every search. Choosing a home is a financial decision and also an emotional one; a real state professional should be attuned to both aspects of the transaction. Shawn is good with numbers and with narratives, and he makes sure that both make sense for his clients.

In addition, Shawn brings to his real estate work nearly a decade of apartment management experience, including coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, overseeing renovations and repairs, and executing design changes. He understands the challenges of making and maintaining a home in this city, and is well-versed in what questions to ask and what things to consider.

Shawn also believes that living in a great city like New York brings with it responsibilities. With an eye toward giving back, he donates 1% of his gross income to Project Renewal, a non-profit whose mission is “to end the cycle of homelessness by empowering men, women and children to renew their lives with health, homes and jobs.”
