A big Kiwi HELLO to you! Yes, I am a New Zealander living in NYC (weird, I know, since everyone is moving to New Zealand!). I have been in the real estate business in New York for over six years now. It’s been quite the journey from jumping out of helicopters in New Zealand (yes, I also had my NZ Commercial Helicopter Licence), to renting and selling apartments and townhouses in New York. It all came about after I met a crazy American girl who was lost on a bus in NZ and whom I helped, and then married 8 months later! Now I am here loving NYC and NYC real estate.
