Candace Medina

Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker Candace Medina has called New York City her home for over 40 years. Born in NYC, she was raised in Florida and New York. The good weather and scenic beaches that make the Sunshine State a tourist mecca supplied Candace with plenty of exposure to the travel and tourism industry that she thrived in professionally for over 20 years. Since 1995, Candace has applied that experience in customer service to making sure that her clients find the perfect Manhattan home-from singles looking for studios to families and professionals looking for luxury spaces and everything in between.

In each of her client relationships, her honesty and integrity shine through. Candace genuinely cares about where a client will live, treating each client as a friend or relative. She provides a high level of personal service, making her clients comfortable and stress-free while under her real estate care.

Candace represents one of the most luxurious rental buildings in the city, Kenton Place, and is responsible for over 110 apartments exclusively, and her list of real estate achievements is impressive. She won the Outstanding Service award in 1998, Deal of the Year award in 1999, and Top Earner at her office in 2001. In a period of two months during that same year, she completed enough deals to win a trip to Italy from the company. In 2006, Candace won the top Rental Agent award for having the most rental transactions at the Company’s Upper East Side office. Additionally, she has been a member of the Platinum Club for eight years, awarded Top Producing agent in 2008 and Salesperson of the Year for Rentals 2012-2013-2014 - 2015 as well as Salesperson Overall Product Upper East Side office 2014.

While raising an Allen-Stevenson alum, she was afforded a great familiarity with private and public schools, family activities, camps and more (information she is happy to share with clients)—Candace also owned two award-winning restaurants in the city for over 15 years. Even though the restaurants have closed, Candace keeps her years of attentive customer service at the forefront of her real estate approach.
