Sarah Radafshar

Born and raised in New York City, Sarah is the definition of a city girl. She's well versed in not only New York City's ever-changing real estate climate, but she's also well versed in the Queens, Brooklyn, and the Long Island markets.

Sarah started her career in Real Estate in the multi-family sector, helping Campus Evolution Villages, LLC grow from a portfolio of 5 properties to over 20 properties nationwide in short span of three years. Through her expertise in digital media, particularly in social media marketing and search engine optimization, she was able to establish the strongest social media presence in the multi-family sector driving leasing, resident interactions, and brand recognition nationwide.

Sarah doesn’t subscribe to the traditional marketing techniques as many of her peers. She has been known to take on a more guerilla approach which includes personal touches, lots of footwork, and close attention to detail. With every listing she has taken on, she treats each and every apartment as her own and is passionate about getting her sellers to the CLOSING TABLE! She likes to say she’s “married to her listings.”

Being a true city girl, Sarah holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York in Political Science. She once used her creativity and quick wits in mock court, and now she's using her skills to take the NYC and Miami real estate markets head on.
