Sought after by news media outlets for his perspective of the market, he has served as the 2020 NAHREP Queens VP and has the experience of owning and managing real estate for over 25 years, and having excelled in the role as managing director of 2 brokerages. Today, he confidently leads a team in representation from private individuals, to Lenders (BofA, Citi, Wells Fargo), Government Sponsored Enterprises (Fannie Mae) and servicers (NationStar, Ocwen) for the sales of residential, co-ops, mixed commercial use and multi-family (stabilized and free-market) properties.
