Ryan Loucas

Originally from River Vale, New Jersey, Ryan Loucas specializes in high end sales, rentals, and investments in Manhattan’s highly competitive luxury real estate market. From a young age, Ryan’s passion for real estate and architecture was fueled by his eagerness to learn and succeed. During the summer of his junior year of college at Indiana University, Ryan attained an internship at the prestigious Corcoran Group with the Charlie Attias Team, a top 50 team not only at The Corcoran Group, but nationwide. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Indiana University, there was only one career choice to consider. Ryan joined Compass with the sole purpose of becoming a top producer not only at Compass but in the country. Today, he considers himself a luxury real estate expert and is sought after for his knowledge and expertise of the ever-changing Manhattan luxury real estate market.
