Paula Schott

Paula Schott joined Brown Harris Stevens in 2004 after 18 years at William B. May Company. She is very experienced in the Residential Real Estate Co-op Condo and Townhouse markets. Paula has represented both buyers and sellers in their real estate needs both passionately and professionally. Many of her clients are referrals from pleased previous customers who themselves have done many repeated transactions with her. Customers appreciate Paula’s attention to detail in presenting a property for sale, her eye for space and its usage. She listens carefully and possessive strong negotiation skills. All this makes for an easy transition for her customer which brings her much repeat business.

In addition to owning and living in a Manhattan Co-op, Paula owns a home in Watermill, Southampton, N.Y. where she is a member of the Horticultural Society. She does volunteer work for the American Heart Foundation having worked on the annual fund raising event of the Hamptons. Her hobbies include gardening, in her flower and vegetable gardens on her property, antiquing and tennis when time allows.
