Christina A Pensa

A licensed New York real estate salesperson for 12 years, Christina knows the city inside and out and will lead you to the property that best fits your needs or sell your home with maximum proficiency. Christina is a very proactive and and service-oriented agent, which is why her relationships last long after a lease or contract is signed. Christina specializes in prime areas of Manhattan including Lower Manhattan, West Village, Soho, Tribeca, Midtown and the Upper East Side and West Sides, primarily in luxury rentals, condominiums and small mixed-use buildings. Christina received a Silver Award in 2016 and 2017 as a Top-Producing agent for Citi Habitats and was awarded numerous awards in 2018 and 2019 with Keller Williams NYC including Top Number of Listing Sold in office. Originally from Scarsdale, New York, Christina has always loved venturing to New York City since childhood, commuting to the city daily as an aspiring ballerina at The School of American Ballet. Through this experience, she gained a great deal of discipline and a strong work ethic. Her psychology background affords her a great deal of empathy and patience when helping clients fulfill their needs. Christina holds a BA in Psychology and Dance from Bucknell University. She is additionally a Level II Certified Sommelier from the Sommelier Society of America and a bachelor of Culinary Arts at the Institute of Culinary Education. Christina has lived in Manhattan for 15 years, currently residing in Soho. Proficient in Spanish, she travels at every opportunity and loves learning about different cultures, food, wine and cooking. Christina is an animal lover as well who volunteers for the Wildlife Conservation Society, ASPCA and Community Supported Agriculture.
