Gabriel Rosario

Gabriel Rosario is a New York City native with an extensive sales career spanning over 20 years. Since becoming a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in January 2014, he has supported some of the best, top-producing agents with research and marketing. They, in turn, taught him how to effectively promote listings and close deals. His international clients appreciate Gabriel's understanding of New York City neighborhoods and how to service their needs. Gabriel knows how to get data and analyze it a meaningful way that helps them manage their assets. He is comfortable working with their off-shore trustees, accountants and attorneys; and takes his responsibility of protecting their interests very seriously. Gabriel is actually most comfortable sharing his knowledge of the city as a whole. Born and raised in The Bronx, Brooklyn is now his home after living in Queens for over 10 years. Getting around the five boroughs and neighboring counties is fun for Gabriel as it allows him what is new along with what stays the same. "New York City is much more than just Manhattan, and the world is finally understanding it!" Gabriel graduated from Fordham University in with a BS in Business Management (Marketing concentration) in May 2004. He is also a Certified Real Estate Instructor as of February 2020.
