Grigor Licul

Originally from Europe, I lived in this incredible city since 1999 - Downtown, Midtown, and currently in a wonderful Upper West Side townhouse I reside in with my family. New York City is my bread and butter! I am the co-founder and Principal of Belvedere Advisors Team at Compass, and I take pride in effectively navigating NYC's real estate market and am committed to providing the highest levels of client care. Outside of work, I serve as the VP of Swiss Ski Club of NY, serve on the Board of Care for the Homeless, and am an avid guitar and ukulele player!
