Cathy carefully and strategically learned the business, integrating the knowledge and skills she acquired from this elite brokerage community. She has developed a unique ability to assess a situation and identify creative solutions. Her innate efficiency and professionalism are an asset to every buyer and seller she works with. Cathy’s interest in real estate began while she was working in a commercial mortgage firm and earning her B.A. Her admiration of New York City architecture was piqued while she was living on the Upper West Side. She found a perfect union of these two interests in the field of luxury residential sales. Born in the Ukraine, Cathy has lived on three continents thus far. Her past experiences influence her work and allow her to relate to a diverse client base. She currently lives in Brooklyn with her family. Cathy is fluent in Russian and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
