Chyann Sapp

Chyann Sapp is a proud New York City native. Chyann grew up in Harlem---both East and West--- and settled in the Bronx in 2013. Specializing in both sales and rentals across the two boroughs, Chyann offers incredible knowledge of Uptown neighborhoods down to the best-kept secrets of where to live, eat, and play. She joined The BASS Team in 2016, and has been turned to for her real estate expertise in Upper Manhattan and the Bronx by The New York Times, AM New York, and New York Post as a real estate expert for Harlem and the Bronx. Chyann serves as the VP of the BNI Networking Chapter, The Great 58, and is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York's (REBNY) Upper Manhattan & Bronx Committee. A graduate of CUNY Hunter College, Chyann holds a bachelor's degree in Africana Studies with a minor in French. She is the Associate Director, co-writer, and co-producer of "Renaissance in the Belly of a Killer Whale": an award-winning theatrical production, which uniquely tells the story of three young women’s love affair with Harlem. Her hobbies include spending time at home with her dog, cooking and painting.
