Prior to real estate, Kash worked in mortgage lending, which honed his enviable salesmanship, ability to forecast market trends and his skill at forging long-lasting, loyal client bonds. Kash is a New York City native and a longtime resident of Lincoln Square. He earned his BBA/MBA at Pace University and also studied entrepreneurship at Pace's Lubin School of Business. In his free time, he can be found cycling along the Hudson or in Riverside Park with his beloved dog Ninja.
