Tom Monti has been a fixture in the Wall Street financial community for over thirty years. There is no better resource to a real estate investor than an agent with an extensive financial background. Tom grew up in Westchester County and graduated Georgetown University where he studied economics and finance. Throughout his distinguished career, Tom Monti has held high profile positions in such notable firms as EF Hutton, Prudential Securities, BT Securities, as well as partnering in his own boutique firm.

Upon making the industry switch from municipal bonds to real estate, Tom was able to bring with him an abundance of professional relationships and personal contacts. Tom recognized that New York City real estate sales was his natural next step. His experience on Wall Street and his love of the city, led Tom to Corcoran.

Tom has a personal history of buying and selling real estate in Connecticut, The Hamptons, and Manhattan. A former co-op owner on the upper eastside, Tom has held positions as a board member and treasurer, giving him insight into the inner workings of the board approval process. He is a member of The University Club, Siwanoy Country Club (Bronxville), Quogue Field Club, Shinnecock Yacht Club, and Quantuck Beach Club.

Tom has volunteered as a fundraiser for both Kent and Marymount schools. He enjoys distance running and has completed the New York City Marathon twice. Tom's free time is spent cycling, golfing and boating.
