Sandra Medina

A Brooklyn native and Manhattan resident, Sandra Medina wears so many important hats at KG Properties of New York that describing her individual job responsibilities hardly does her justice. Rather, she supports virtually every facet of KG Properties’ commitment to outstanding customer service. Sandra has enthusiastically taken on increased levels of responsibility at KG Properties since joining the firm in 2009. Working as the Executive Assistant for the founder and CEO, Kevin Geloso, Sandra helps coordinate crucial functions ranging from property marketing and promotions to preparing sales and lease packages for submission to building managements. Above all, she is dedicated to going beyond expectation in providing clients with the highest-possible level of service in responding to inquiries, arranging apartment viewings and showing apartments throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn – tasks she is able to undertake in both English and Spanish. Prior to joining KG Properties, Sandra held Executive Assistant positions at a spectrum of New York area companies, including those specializing in publishing, construction management, temporary services, furniture rentals and pharmaceutical sales. Combined, these diverse experiences uniquely equip Sandra to anticipate and handle the wide-ranging requirements of her KG Properties clients. Sandra earned a Real Estate License from the New York Real Estate Institute. She has also completed coursework in Secretarial Studies, Graphic Arts and advertising, and Theology.
