John is a seasoned real estate professional whose business career has included: housing market analysis as an economist with the U.S. Dept. of Housing & Urban Development (HUD); experience as a Vice President & Real Estate Loan Officer with European American Bank (EAB) lending for single family home development, rental apartment buildings, office, retail, and industrial properties throughout the New York metropolitan area; and coordinating the real estate risk management process with the bond analysis team at Standard & Poor’s (S&P) for commercial properties located throughout the United States.
