Kenneth J. Moore

Kenneth J. Moore is President of Classiques Modernes Lifestyle & Estates and Principal Broker of Classiques Modernes International Realty. He is a savvy entrepreneur with wide-ranging experiences in several industries from restaurant and hospitality, retail to real estate. He has also been a successful real estate agent since 1997. As an agent on his first year, he quickly became a top producer in what was then the newly opened Tribeca office of the oldest real estate firm in the country. In 2002 he joined The Corcoran Group, the country’s premier real estate brokerage firm, where he flourished even more for a dozen years. He was a member of that firm’s Multi-Million Dollar Club and had been on the top five agents nationwide before founding his own real estate firm. In 2005 he established a property management company, Ascel Real Estate, that specializes in the sale, lease and management of ultra-luxury New York City townhouses, cooperatives and condominiums. The firm catered specifically to relocated executives, investors and absentee owners, managing protecting and enhancing the value of their realty investments. Since then, Ascel’s array of services has grown to include management of both residential and commercial properties. As a full-service management firm, Ascel was already connecting clients with various real estate related vendors and service providers. In 2012, Ken and co-founder Loy Carlos decided to expand its services by creating a network of curated experts in other luxury lifestyle categories. This evolved into Classiques Modernes Lifestyle & Estates.
