With his passion for diverse neighborhoods, constant discovery, bringing people together, and effective negotiation, it is no wonder that Sascha fell in love with real estate and ended up with this as his vocation. He has lived in New York for over 26 years, first in the city and then in Brooklyn, and has spent inordinate time exploring, biking, researching, and enjoying this ever-changing city. Sascha joined real estate in May 2015 after a fruitful career in fashion sales, and has since sold or placed into contract over $100M worth of real estate. He is a shrewd negotiator and appreciates both representing sellers, as well as working on the buy side. Having bought his own brownstone in the Stuyvesant Heights section of Bedford Stuyvesant, he has become an expert in townhouses in brownstone and north Brooklyn. In addition, Sascha owned a co-op for nine years and served on its board, and has sold both many co-ops and condos. He has collaborated with several architects, developers, and investors, helping them identify and secure lucrative investments and advising on the renovation to produce the best sell-out. Finally, Sascha lived in Manhattan for ten years and is experienced with its diverse price points and landscape, having sold many apartments in the borough as well. Sascha was in sales and client management for his entire career. After working in finance at JP Morgan Chase, Sascha worked on the men's buying team at Saks Fifth Avenue, as Sales Manager, Wholesale at Victorinox Swiss Army, and then as Director of Sales at the British brand Kent & Curwen. His ability to listen to and work with clients, grasp market trends, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment allowed him to build a strong portfolio of accounts and build a rewarding multi-million dollar business. Sascha uses these same tools when approaching real estate and clients, understanding their needs and then translating this into either selling their property for the maximum market value, or ensuring that they find and close on the best property available. Majoring in Political Science and French, Sascha attended Haverford College and holds a Masters in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics. He spent a year abroad living in Paris in college and speaks French fluently. In addition, he lived for a brief time in Buenos Aires and speaks Spanish.
