Zhanna Kelley

Zhanna Kelley is the owner and sole broker at Agile Real Estate NYC, Inc. located in Bronx, NY. Our mission is to offer high-quality professional services and match buyer/sellers in win-win transactions. Mrs. Kelley has sold, rented and listed hundreds of homes using specialized marketing services like professional photography, drone videos, property-specific websites and email blasts to all brokers. She specializes in residential sales and rentals, 1031 exchanges, market valuations and appraisals, commercials sales and rentals. Mrs. Kelley has lived in Edgewater Park - a coop in the Southeaster Bronx. The coop has a beautiful water view, a beach, a promenade and many homeowners have their own boats. The coop consists of 700+ free-standing homes with very low maintenance ($315 per month). About me: Zhanna holds a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, as well as an MS in Accounting and an MBA in Health Care Administration from the Zicklin School of Business (CUNY Baruch). She is currently working on an MS in Taxation from SUNY Old Westbury. In addition to being a real estate broker, Zhanna Kelley is a NYS Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 12 years of experience preparing personal and corporate taxes. In her free time, Zhanna loves to travel the world, read books on the beach and spend time with friends.
