Ekaterina Katia Brody

Ekaterina's extensive knowledge of the NYC real estate industry is enhanced by her Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development earned at New York University. She is extremely well in tuned to her clients' needs, and enlightened on what developments are coming to market that offer the best features, value and amenities. Her full-service approach to real estate involves more than showing apartments; it entails all aspects of your transaction, from providing information on trends and area comps to design advice, marketing creativity, negotiating expertise, and comprehensive resources from lawyers and lenders to insurers and contractors. Prior to real estate, Ekaterina worked in top-tier designer retail and marketing. She holds a BBA in Management from Russia and BBA in Marketing from NYC's Berkeley College. Ekaterina has a love for interior design, architectural design and planning, global real estate trends, real estate finance, fashion, floral design and animals. She stays active playing tennis at City View Tennis Club and jogging, and is a member of Asphalt Green Triathlon Club. Other pastimes include volunteering for New York Cares, and traveling to out-of-the-way places when time allows.
