Walter has worked in all aspects of residential leasing and sales in NYC. He’s done everything from, hitting the streets as top producing agent to working on site in luxury buildings. 

He was also the exclusive leasing director for one of NYC's largest landlords.

Most recently before joining Bond, he and his partner Steven were one of the top rental teams at Corcoran for all of Brooklyn and Queens.  His expertise and experience make him one of the most well versed agents in Brooklyn, and the perfect choice to lead and manage Bond New York's first office in Brooklyn!
