Dario Nolfi

Dario's appreciation for real estate began at an early age. Growing up in San Francisco, where his father operated a successful construction business, he spent his childhood spending time with his dad on construction sites throughout the Bay Area. This experience gave him an early understanding of what it means to create a home, as well as the nuts and bolts of the real estate process in its earliest stages. He has been a homeowner for over 15 years so, as an agent, he has the perfect opportunity to share what he knows, and his clients deeply appreciate his firsthand insights into every aspect of buying, selling and/or renting a home.

They also value his extensive knowledge of New York City. As a Brooklynite for more than 18 years, Dario's understanding of the City's geography and local real estate scene is more comprehensive than some native New Yorkers. His experience working with developers selling new development condominiums, in addition to helping homeowners on their resales, has given him invaluable knowledge about the market and he uses that proficiency to assist his clients throughout the deal-making process, whether it be selling or purchasing.

Dario's reputation as warm, professional, and easy to work with reflects how much he loves to meet new people, as does his successful pre-real estate background in the arts and hospitality. After earning a B.A. in theater from UCLA, Dario spent many years working as a professional actor. The opportunity to spend two years touring in Europe as well as North America resulted in a deep love of travel and appreciation of other cultures. In addition to acting, Dario also served as a casting assistant on primetime TV shows for FOX, CBS, ABC, and TNT.
