Wendy Kantor

No one works harder for her clients than Wendy Kantor, a New York City specialist who knows Manhattan and vibrant Brooklyn intimately. Even in a tight market, she works to buy and sell the right home and lifestyle for every client. Wendy is a virtual encyclopedia of knowledge for clients and peers and offers personalized, tailored concierge services. For one client who couldn't reach the city, Wendy even filmed and created a video highlighting a particular neighborhood.

Whether marketing an expensive home or finding the perfect rental on a budget, Wendy demonstrates skill and sensitivity in achieving each client’s objectives. One of Wendy's specialties is serving her clients who have moved from the suburbs to the city, which she describes as "downsizing on space, but upgrading in lifestyle". She has also served international buyers with purchases, sales and rentals. Wendy speaks Hebrew, one of seven languages spoken by members of the Fern Hamberger team in the Relocations department.
Wendy's design experience inspired her career in real estate. She honed her eye for stylish, functional living with thirty years of involvement in a family real estate business. She has been a docent at one of New York's leading museums for thirteen years, a board member of several cultural institutions, and a UJA women’s division president. She is the founder of "Ladies in Business Networking Events," the author of the "Grandmommy in the City" newsletters and a contributing author to New York Family magazine. Wendy is married to her husband Harry- a land developer and real estate consultant. They have a large, growing family in New York City, the next step in her lifelong relationship with the city she loves.
