Coming from interior photography and a production background, Dawn specializes in the packaging and presentation of your property – from market research and pricing strategy, to staging and photography. She can solve any issues that may occur during the buying or selling process – as well as act as a project manager to guide the many aspects of the transaction and ensure a timely closing. When working with buyers, she feels that having the right agent by your side to guide you through the process can really make a big difference. Dawn gives buyers an overview of what they should expect, so there are no surprises. As a buyer’s agent, she will search listings, schedule appointments and tour you through neighborhoods. She does her due diligence and knows all the right questions to ask while walking through a property. She genuinely enjoys helping people navigate the process. For the last 15 years, Dawn has resided in Brooklyn Heights with her husband Jack, their daughter Mia and their dog Oliver. Before settling down in Brooklyn, she lived in various parts of Manhattan, including Chelsea, the UWS and the UES. Dawn works in both Manhattan and Brooklyn though, she has come to specialize in the Brownstone Brooklyn market.
