Mark Diamond

Mark's passion for real estate predates his entry into the field of residential sales. A longtime fan of cities, NYC in particular, Mark has been a keen observer of New York market conditions since first moving to Manhattan during the coop conversion boom. He has developed a deep appreciation and knowledge of the city's unique neighborhoods, history, architecture, and diverse community offerings.

Mark's legal background and management experience in both the private and public sectors have afforded him skills and expertise that are invaluable. He takes a professional approach to all aspects of his work, and always strives to meet the highest standards when working with his clients. "Relationships are key," Mark believes. "My primary goal is to build trust and help people with their real estate matters. Like so many other NYC coop and condo owners, my largest investment has been my apartment: purchasing it, renovating it, and enjoying the many benefits of NYC living. The process can be overwhelming, but with thorough education and guidance, it can also be very exciting."

Originally from eastern Pennsylvania, Mark received a B.A. from Binghamton University and a law degree from New York University School of Law. He initially lived in Greenwich Village then moved to the Upper West Side of Manhattan where he currently resides. Mark's personal interests include architecture, design, antiques and travel. He also enjoys swimming laps, which he's been doing for over 25 years.
