Sebastian’s passion for real estate was developed over the course of 8 years and is grounded in experience with luxury residential and commercial properties alongside his role as a Real Estate development Project Manager. Accountable for building/managing relationships with key developers, owners, architects, designers and multi-million-dollar projects make Sebastian’s experience distinctive. The cultivation of a supportive and resourceful network has linked Sebastian to be reliable and trustworthy in the face of high-pressure, transactional situations.

With roots embedded in New York and connection to the LATAM market, Sebastian is fluent in Spanish and merges his appreciation for culture, diversity and the human experience into his work ethic.
