Kevin Sneddon

In 2014, he closed the $38 million sale of a Plaza Hotel residence — among the top residential sales in the city that year — as well as the $17 million sale of a Greenwich estate. He's also transacted several multimillion-dollar Hamptons properties, stately Upper East Side townhouses and premier rental properties. It's no surprise that he's been named among the top 250 agents in the country and No. 31 in New York City by Real Trends/The Wall Street Journal. Prior to Compass, Kevin was CEO and broker at Private Client Realty, a specialized luxury residential brokerage and consulting firm with a "private banking meets real estate brokerage" service model. Before that he was VP, Strategic Alliances at American Express for 13 years. Kevin is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), the Greenwich Association of Realtors (MLS) and the National Association of Realtors. He resides in Greenwich with his wife and two children.
