William Stahlke, IV

Having come from a real estate family, William has been exposed to the industry his entire life, both in Spain and the U.S. William prides himself on his outgoing and positive attitude coupled with a relentlessness and perfectionism that suits him well in real estate. Having lived between New York and Europe for many years, he is uniquely positioned to assist both an American and international clientele, and he looks forward to putting his Spanish and French language skills to use.

William originally moved to New York to attend the New York University, Stern School of Business, where he received his degree in finance and international business. Upon graduation, William worked in financial services, specifically in restructuring consulting. He ultimately sought a more fulfilling career where he could interact with people on a deeper level. Having dabbled in luxury real estate in Spain, he knew he wanted to pursue this career path. "I'm a strong seller, but I'm also good at connecting with all types of people, so real estate is a perfect fit for me," he says.

Outside of real estate, William is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring New York and other cities through the lens of food and history.
