Rocco Losito

Rocco Losito has been a Brooklyn resident for over two decades — long enough to have watched neighborhoods transform block by block, and to know which ones are next.

He came to New York in 2004 to study Music Business at NYU, spent seven years in the industry, and found his way into real estate in 2012, the way most New Yorkers find everything: through an apartment search. That search led him to Coda, where he's now a Managing Agent and Associate Broker.

Over more than a decade in the business, Rocco has represented buyers, sellers, and renters across every corner of the market — luxury condos and co-ops, multi-families, commercial properties, and everything in between. That breadth means he's fluent in the nuances of each transaction type and brings real perspective no matter which side of the table you're on.

What sets Rocco apart is equal parts instinct and rigor. Nearly 15 years of client work — across music, real estate, and tech — has made him a sharp listener who knows that what people say they want and what they actually need are often two different things. He's also a current Master's student in Computer Science at Georgia Tech, which means he brings an unusually analytical eye to one of the most emotional decisions people make.

He knows his buildings and units inside out. He also knows where to get a great slice, which dog runs are worth the walk, and where the neighborhood is actually going — including every mile of it, having run both the Brooklyn Half and NYC Marathon — the stuff that doesn't show up in a listing.
