Whether preparing a listing for sale—coordinating contractors, staging properties, and preparing a property for the market—or guiding buyers with meticulous attention to detail, Michael delivers a service that elevates the real estate experience. Beyond real estate, Michael travels the world with his Swedish-Assyrian wife, photographing and creating high-end video content in each destination they explore. Together, they are building a catalog of images and video reels, sharing their work on Instagram. In 2026, they will launch their Etsy shop and are currently developing coffee table books that capture their extensive travels. Recently, they spent four weeks honeymooning in the Italian Riviera, Greece, and Albania, traveling through small towns and capturing their beauty.

Michael is also an avid sailor who races locally on the Hudson River with his local yacht club and enjoys sailing abroad with close friends. Recently, he spent seven days sailing the Croatian islands, exploring hidden coves and coastal villages.
