Kimberly Brutus

Kimberly "Kim" Brutus has ten plus years working in real estate. She began her real estate career by working for a real estate attorney that specialized in the creation of condominium and cooperative offering plans in Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island. During this time, she learned the A-to-Z process of filing an offering plan with the Attorney General's office. She also learned how to create closing documents that are needed for a real estate transaction-including deeds, contracts, agreements, easements, and more. Kim has a knack for detail. This knack for detail is beneficial to her clients by making sure the paperwork is right the first and only time.

Kim holds a Bachelor's of Science in Real Estate & Metropolitan Development from Baruch College. Her passion and drive for real estate is evident in the way she cares about the services she is providing her clients. No task is too big or too small.

Whether as a property manager, construction project manager, marketing associate, or licensed real estate agent, Kim has been involved in real estate transactions in various capacities. She brings a wealth of knowledge and contacts in the real estate industry that will bring an ease to any of her clients by knowing that if they have a particular real estate need, Kim will gladly use her resources to fill it.

Kim is a current resident and native of Brooklyn. She enjoys traveling, rock climbing, going to various New York City museums, and dining out at restaurants. She also finds pleasure in reading history books about ancient times.
