Zarko Kozlina

Born in Yugoslavia, raised in Serbia, 90's war survivor, after graduating Economics in Belgrade, decides to immigrate to the USA to seek a better life.

Being a first generation immigrant he always felt hunger for success. Working in almost all spheres of the service industry, decided to start his Real Estate journey at Avenues, formerly known as GZB Realty back in 2014.

After first 3 successful years in the business and being one of the top agents he formed ''Zarko Kozlina Team'', where he coached and mentored over 150 agents, closing over 1500 Residential transactions within 6 years of managing the team. Zarko is now partner and director at Avenues Real Estate . They specialize from selling Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens multi-million- dollar condos and co-ops to renting any type of the property, be it a beautiful pre war walk up to very luxurious highrises.

Zarko is fluent in English, Serbian and Croatian language. When not on the phone with his clients and helping agents, Zarko spends time with his three daughters Simona, Petra, Drina and his wife Vana. He is passionate about soccer, loving husband and father.
