Kristen McGowan began her real estate endeavors working alongside Corcoran’s top sales brokers. She spent years gleaning invaluable insight into New York’s high - end residential real estate market before using her experience to launch her career as an associate broker. In the subsequent years that she spent as an independent associate broker with Corcoran, she has been able to provide customers with a unique and prosperous real estate experience that resonates with her commitment to provide customized service and guidance.

Kristen’s ability to understand the needs of each individual customer comes from a perspective that allows her to hone in on the details that make the real estate experience exceptional for both buyer and seller. Born and bred in New York City, she earned a communications degree from St. John’s University in Queens. 

As a vested member of her community who has varied interests and life experiences, both buyers and sellers can be confident in the knowledge base that Kristen is able to bring to the table. She has close ties within her home community of Sunnyside where she lives with her husband Brian, their three children, and their mastiff Bam Bam. The family has deep seeded roots within the neighborhood where she owns her home and supports her husband Brian’s family business. As an active member of her community, she serves as a member of her local community board.
