Boris began his real estate career exclusively representing large scale residential buildings throughout New York City, for owners such Blackrock, Rose Associates, & First Service Residential. Over the course of the last ten years, he has been a part numerous New Development Condo Sell Outs, ground up lease ups, and has facilitated more than 300M in real estate transactions. A seasoned veteran in the Brooklyn and Manhattan markets, Boris has also transacted in different boroughs. “I go where my clients need me to go,” he says.
