Prior to her career in real estate, Lika worked in industrial design and at a high-powered trading company on Wall Street, forging business connections that aid her in her work to this day. "I fell in love with the city and its architecture after moving here 26 years ago," she says. "While working in design and trade, I came to know the real estate market and the business itself. It was just a natural progression to do this full time and become a real estate professional." Her training in design, at Parsons, and the sharp aesthetic eye she possesses are enormous assets in her real estate career. Lika keeps her finger firmly on the pulse of the market by reading all market reports, real estate news, and studying new properties and development projects.
