Katie can’t imagine working in any other field than real estate. She is thrilled to have found a career and gain so much experience at such a young age. “This is a very emotional business, for my clients and for me as their agent. I give my all to making sure they’re satisfied and happy with my service from beginning to end of the transaction. Buyers and sellers have thousands of agents to choose from in New York City, and it means the world to me when they put their trust in me.”

Katie believes a good reputation is the best asset you can have, and her clients and peers appreciate her for her integrity, responsiveness, accessibility, and dedication she brings to each transaction. As a very active buyer’s agent, Katie has an intuitive pulse on where the market is trading at any given moment and how to negotiate the best price for her clients. On the listing side, she has a calm and practical approach when evaluating their property to ensure the highest price possible. Aside from the numbers, Katie is an interior design fanatic with a keen eye for design and spatial planning, which comes in handy when every square foot in NYC counts! She has even been known to bring in personal items to showcase her listings better online and in person.

With a great sense of humor and caring nature, Katie has the energy that every client demands and needs in a chaotic market. She is a professional advisor for every step of the way. Katie has extensive knowledge of the Manhattan and Brooklyn markets but is never limited. “I go where my clients need me to be”, she says.

Katie is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. She now resides in a Lower Fifth Ave co-op in Greenwich Village. You can find her at the yoga studio, having her morning coffee at MadMan Espresso and picnicking in Central Park on the weekends with friends. When Katie’s not working she enjoys traveling home to California to visit her family. Katie sits on the board of the Young Professional Committee of Fiver Children’s Foundation as the Fundraising Chair. She looks forward to working with you soon!
