I love New York! It's the greatest city in the world, so when it comes to Real Estate you have to be very diligent. With new legislation and neighborhoods trending you will need an agent with experience and organization to guide you through the process. Ask your agent if they are full time. How many transactions they have completed and most importantly who do they know in the area. If they don't give you straight up answers Fire Them. Look for knowledge base, trust and general gut feeling. Oh and of course, Google them!
