Jermaine has built a distinguished career in New York City real estate, starting at MNS when he was 19 years old. He became a top producer early in his career and has remained consistently successful for over a decade, handling a high volume of transactions each year and leading more than a dozen medium- to large-scale lease-ups during his tenure at MNS. Specializing in the Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens markets, Jermaine brings extensive expertise in new developments, market analysis, and lease up strategy. His background in hospitality, service, and entrepreneurship rooted in his family’s business in Negril, Jamaica and further shaped by his move to Montauk during his teenage years has given him a refined sense of service and standards. He attended East Hampton High School and later continued his studies at Hofstra University on Long Island.
