Ogden Starr ranks in the top 1% of residential real estate agents in the country and brings nearly 30 years of experience to Brown Harris Stevens. Ogden’s impressive knowledge and expertise along with an exceptional level of service result in many repeat customers. Although he has a particular focus on the Upper East Side and Downtown, he has sold nearly every type of property in every neighborhood in Manhattan.

Throughout his career, Ogden has earned the respect of his colleagues by maintaining an impressive sales record and garnering numerous awards for his performance. Buyers and sellers find such value in working with him that a substantial portion of his business is the result of referrals. A keen negotiator, Ogden has extensive experience in all types of real estate transactions from new development to condos and co-ops. Having served on his co-op board for the building in which he lives, he has both professional and personal knowledge of what is required to expedite the board approval process.

Ogden attended Boston University and Pratt Institute, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art. Prior to working in real estate, he worked in high-end retail where he honed his marketing, negotiating and customer service skills. Although raised in Antigua, Bermuda and the Far Hills / Bernardsville area of Somerset County in New Jersey, Ogden has lived in Manhattan for his entire adult life.

Ogden is the Brown Harris Stevens Broker Specialist for 1001 Park Avenue and an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
