Louis Cruz

Born and raised in NYC, Louis has a strong understanding of the rapidly-evolving Brooklyn real estate market. As a proud member of the Citi Habitats team, he has acted as a liaison between landlord and tenant in countless leasing transactions. Louis makes the process of leasing an apartment accessible with his matter-of-fact approach and attentive manner.
Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, Louis worked in facility management for class "A" office buildings in Manhattan, tactfully balancing the relationship between his client and unionized workers. A globetrotter at heart, Louis had the opportunity to serve as a Pacific Fleet Sailor for the U.S. Naval Forces in Japan, and as a U.S. Department of Defense Contractor for the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program in the Middle East. Louis' real estate expertise and strong sense of ethics serve to strengthen his commitment to his clients and ensure their satisfaction.
Louis is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
