Mick Distasio

Mick is an accomplished real estate professional with nearly a decade of experience with a track record of more than $400 million in closed New York City transactions. An East Coast native, he is recognized for his deep knowledge of the NYC market, clear and responsive communication, and an unwavering commitment to helping clients achieve their goals—whether purchasing a first home, upgrading their lifestyle, or identifying smart investment opportunities.

Mick launched his career in 2015 at a boutique Manhattan firm, where he quickly rose to prominence, earning honors such as Rookie of the Year, Rising Star, and Sales Agent of the Year. By 2020, he was recruited to one of New York’s top 10 brokerages, where he ranked among the firm’s top 5 performers year after year.

In 2024, Mick partnered with fellow top agent John Dugan to create the Skyline Advisory Team, which debuted as the firm’s #1 producer across sales, rental listings, and overall GCI in its first year. Mick and John brought their team to Brown Harris Stevens in the Fall of 2025.

Mick’s drive and competitive spirit stem from his background as a dual-sport athlete at Trinity College and later as a professional basketball player in England, where he also earned his MBA. This foundation of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance continues to fuel his success in real estate.
