Ryan Sparks

Houston-native Ryan Sparks has had a lifelong obsession with real estate. "I have wanted to be in the industry as long as I can remember," he recalls. "I was always looking at online listings and bugging my parents about going to open houses when I was younger." Ryan entered the field five years ago in his native Texas, where he was part of one of the top teams in the state. Soon, he began travelling back and forth to New York City, finally settling here full time not long after. As a Certified Home Marketing Specialist, Ryan has a real gift for staging and preparing homes to come to market. In fact, it's one of his favorite parts of the job — after seeing the joy on the faces of first-time buyers. Known for his responsive and calm demeanor, Ryan has earned a reputation as someone who can put buyers and sellers at ease during a stressful time. He's devoted to walking clients through every step of the process, always with an eye on delivering value. A resident of Hell's Kitchen, Ryan enjoys spending time with friends and exploring the city. He has a passion for travel, but as a full-time New Yorker now, he remarks, "I'll have to find a new favorite vacation spot!"
